HSR AND ECRL What is HSR ? HSR is known as High Speed Rails. HSR is a type of rail transport that operates significantly faster than traditional rail traffic, using an integrated system of specialized rolling stock and dedicated tracks. There are some mission of High Speed Rail : forming of technical and management competences for the development of high speed rail lines project forming of the regulatory system for the realization of high speed rail line projects in line with private-public partnership principles harmonization of international standards and creation of national standards for high-speed rail lines as part of international standards ECRL or known as East Coast Rail Line . It is proposed railway line connecting Kuala Lumpur to the states of the East Coast Economic Region namely Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan. This project get the cooperation with China which is the country will build and provide financing for Malaysia'
